At my school, you can fill out an application to spend a day shadowing a professional in town. I'm really glad my mum showed me Mrs. Pearsall's work. Based off her portfolio, I chose to spend the day interning with her.

The picture above is Stacy, which I shot with my Canon Rebel T1i and an 18-55mm lens.
Today I have learnt a lot about lighting, composition, and exposure settings. I also got to see how to use the Lastolite TriGrip diffuser and reflector.
I started the day observing how to use Adobe Photoshop CS5 for various tasks such as removing blemishes and wrinkles, or doing nips and tucks. I even learned how a Wacom Tablet works too.

I took all of the pictures in this blog and edited them in the onOne Perfect Photo Suite 6 software.

The photo above (and below) is of me and Stacy photographing an old house.

It was loads of fun!
