Okay, so I haven't updated my blog in quite some time. Don't hold it against me. I have been on the road a LOT these last few weeks. I went to D.C. for the White House Press Photographers dinner, the DoD Visual Information Awards Ceremony and the DoD Photography Workshop. These were all seperate trips. Oh, I did go to West Hollywood for the opening of, "Eye of the Storm". LA Times did an article:

Andy is now in "The Died". I am sure he is happy to be out of Afgahnistan, but not too happy about sitting around that place. He comes home next month and I am counting down!
I would like to give a special thanks to Nikon for the wonderful D3 camera they gave me for winning Military Photographer of the Year. Also, thank you to all of the other competition sponsors for their great gifts.
During my travels, I got to see some old friends like Joe McNally, Ann Cahill, Nick Ut, Mark Harris, Chip Maurey, Ernie Grafton, Eli Reed and Ken Hackman. I also got to meet a few new people like Krista Kennell, Mark Yablonka, William Douthitt, Kato Sachi and several others. However, nothing beats being home my friends and the best dog ever!
